The company is a specialist in IT service management and business process management (BPM). The Client is taking over the day-to-day processes in the areas of IT service operations and provides strategic consulting and comprehensive monitoring of Customers’ processes and infrastructure.
Responsibility for the operational support of the IT systems. Administration of Enterprise Environments like e.g. IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM Business Process Manager, IBM Integration Bus and IBM DB2 UDB. Automation of recurring processes by using current technologies. Definition, Improvement and Implementation of operational IT processes. Technical subject matter expert and mentor for junior consultants.
Academic degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar. Min. 8 years of experience in all matters of IT operations. Extensive experience in the administration of Unix / Linux environments.
In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following topics: WebSphere, IBM DB2, Bash, Linux, AIX, Jython.
ITIL certification is a plus.
Analytical mindset, conceptual thinker, quick learner, independent worker, team player.
Safe and versed in dealing and communicating with customers.
The first experience in managing a team is a plus.
